Technisch Klantcontact Medewerker

In Veenendaal, we’re looking for a technical support representative, starting immediately.
Together with your colleagues, you’ll be the face of the company, answering customer questions about billing by phone or email, providing information, and resolving issues on behalf of clients like KPN and Delta Fiber. You’ll also be the liaison between the technical specialists and the administrative staff, ensuring all reports are complete.

In short, a fun and varied job with a lot of customer contact as well as administrative tasks.

Activities:

• You are the calling card of the department and the point of contact by telephone or email from KPN, Delta Fiber and its end customers;
• You answer questions about billing, for example, provide information and solve problems;
• Entering and logging tickets correctly in the correct systems;
• You check damage and repair reports and collect the correct data for a complete file;
• You process incoming claims in our systems and ensure follow-up.

Who are we looking for:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a versatile customer contact role or technical helpdesk;
• You work in a service- and solution-oriented manner;
• You are available full-time (32 – 40 hours per week);
• You have strong administrative skills;
• You have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

What do we offer?

• a gross basic salary of €2,500 – €3,000 per month depending on your work experience;
• a bonus of €1,000 per year for achieving the objectives;
• a one-year contract straight away, so certainty;
• holiday pay, 38 days of holiday, pension accrual and travel allowance;
