To strengthen their network between the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other European countries, they are looking for charters and/or owner-drivers with their own trucks. As a charter or owner-driver, you will operate a refrigerated or box trailer with a tailgate, transporting both refrigerated and dry goods.
What do we offer?
- Work location: From Central and Southern Netherlands, Belgium, and occasionally other locations in Europe.
- Type of work: Cargoes to and from Germany (North, Central and South), East Germany (Kiel and Kiefersfelde), Austria, Switzerland, and other European countries.
- Activities: Transporting complete and partial loads, including ADR goods (preferably with additional compensation).
- Working with: GLS-branded trailers, with no rental costs. Trailer maintenance is handled by the customer.
- Availability: The work is available year-round. Flexibility is required, as weekend work may occasionally be required in consultation with the scheduler.
- Payment: The customer offers a fair mileage allowance, including diesel surcharge and tolls. Weekly mileage varies between 2600 and 3300 km, and both full and empty mileage are reimbursed.
- Payment from the customer approx. 35 days, from us 21 days and then weekly.
What do we expect?
- Own tractor: You have your own truck and are able to drive the customer’s refrigerated or box trailers.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional weekends in consultation with the planning department.
- ADR: Preferably in possession of an ADR certificate (an additional fee applies).
