On the cv overview page you search with keywords and refine the results with filters for category, experience, education and location. You can combine these freely. For each result you immediately see the job title, the category and how long the profile has been online, so you quickly pick out the suitable candidates.

To open a full profile, including name, contact details and the cv file, you pay a one-time €10 per candidate. After that payment you keep permanent access to that profile. So you can review it as often as you like, without paying again.

For each profile you see how long ago it was posted, for example one day ago or four days ago. That way you see at a glance how current a candidate is. Recently posted profiles usually indicate that someone is actively looking right now, while older profiles may be less current. You also see whether a profile has already been viewed.

Once you have purchased a profile, the button changes to "View full cv" and you see the candidate's contact details. You then get in touch directly by email or phone to discuss the possibilities. Our advice: be concrete in your first message about the role, the location and what you have to offer. That significantly increases the chance of a reply.

For rejected or no-longer-available candidates we do not automatically give a refund. It works similarly to a recruitment agency, which is also paid for the intake work, even if a process ultimately falls through. In exceptional cases we will look at a goodwill arrangement.
