Article 5 – Selection procedures

1. Employers must assess candidates on objective criteria. 2. Selection decisions must be based on:

  • suitability for the position

3. Personal characteristics that are not relevant to the position may not play a role in selection decisions.

Article 6 – Responsibilities of employers

Employers are responsible for:

Employers indemnify 24werk.com against claims arising from discriminatory conduct by the employer.

Article 7 – Responsibilities of candidates

  3. Candidates may not exclude, insult or discriminate against other users.

  • other activities on the platform

3. Reports can be submitted via info@24werk.com.

Article 9 – Investigation

  1. 24werk.com may investigate reports.
  2. During an investigation, additional information may be requested.
  3. Users must provide reasonable cooperation with an investigation.
  4. 24werk.com independently determines which measures are appropriate.

Article 10 – Measures
